This show was preempted at the bottom of the hour by breaking news about a Washington-state criminal who had just been apprehended by police.  During our half-show, we talked with John about some ideas to readjust his portfolio of 15 single-family rentals, and we spoke with Marie about her 20-acres of land that she wants to sell on Whidbey Island and reinvest into an income producing property.

Our show started out with an email from Rod discussing how to maximize cash flow from six rental properties he and his family inherited.  Joshua is living on a fixed disability income and wanted to know how much money is necessary to start investing in real estate.  Ken owns four properties and wants to increase his cash flow.  Scott owns three single family homes and wants to free up some equity to help with his mother’s nursing home bills.

We opened the show with further discussion on Kathlyn’s situation from the previous week, then discussed a few success stories from other clients.  Diana called and asked about refinancing her home or using it as a rental in order to pursue other business interests.  Wally from Shoreline called and discussed the best way to maximize cash flow with his paid off home.  Diana and Eddie called to ask for lender referrals to start rebuilding their real estate portfolio.
